This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a massive 1976-acre tract in Clay County West Virginia. With a length of over 3 miles long and over 1.5 miles across you know it must have some real sweet spots on it. A county road is the north border, and another county road runs through the center of the property. A few other access roads are present, but it will likely take some work to get good access to the entire property with ATV. This property is all natural from what I could find, no signs of logging anytime in the recent past. Plenty of oaks both white and red are present and should produce good mast. I found several good trails and tracks in the roads during my inspection even though a rain had come the night before. Bears are in this area as well as Turkey providing the opportunity to hunt all three big game species. Again, this property is massive! I only saw a fraction of what it has to offer during my inspection.

This property was recently purchased by the landowner as an investment property. Any roads leading off the county roads can be gated and locked to control access.

Camping is OK for hunting purposes you will just be limited with the locations you can get a camper to for setup. ATVs are a must to get around on this property!

A wedding venue is a joining property and they rent out cabins and a farmhouse. They would be willing to rent to hunters if interested. Contact leasing agent when you plan to inspect this property. You will be able to park and unload your ATV at the wedding venue.
